Self-Defence/Life-Skills/Team Building
For most South African's crime, and in particular violent crime, is a key concern - a fear that is vindicated given that South Africa has amongst the highest murder and rape rates in the world. The self-defence interventions outlined below, not only provide an opportunity for participants to better defend themselves, but also provides outcome based team building for employees - a feature verified through feedback from our client base comprising a number of large, local and multi-national players. Furthermore participants acquire the benefit of the numerous physical, mental and life-skills benefits associated with martial arts.

Dr. Shane Dorfman Sensei is the 7-time open KWF world karate champion, former World Shotokan Karate Association open fighting champion, former World Karate Federation (WKF) All Africa and junior world grand champion. Shane is a former Protea team captain, and was senior South African All-Style champion for 8 consecutive years, before retiring undefeated.
