A most successful trip to the heart of Budo Karate – the KWF World Conference in Tokyo where Shane Dorfman Shihan graded to 8th DAN in front of the Budo legend of legends, Mikio Yahara Shihan, the KWF Grandmaster.

In addition to this high level achievement, Shane Shihan underwent another grading and achieved the highest level of instructor status, that of GLOBAL MASTER.

In the attached first video, there are a few seconds of his Nijushiho kata and in the second video a few seconds of his own kata creation demonstrating the KWF San Ten Rikiho methodology devised by Grandmaster Mikio Yahara.

The composure and calm but serious attitude can be discerned in the attached photo showing the maturity level needed to achieve these two top levels.
